NordNorsk Reiseliv AS har lansert to korte informasjonsfilmer som skal bidra til tryggere ferdsel på nordnorske veier i sommersesongen. Filmene er utviklet i samarbeid med Trygg Trafikk, politiet og bilutleiebransjen. Sammen har de identifisert noen av de vanligste utfordringene knyttet til turisttrafikk i landsdelen, blant annet høy fart, utrygge stopp langs veien og manglende bruk av møteplasser for å slippe fram køer.
The Arctic Norway Tourist Board has laxunched two short information films that will contribute to safer traffic on the roads in Northern Norway in the summer season. The films have been developed in collaboration with Trygg Trafikk, the police and the car rental industry. Together, they have identified some of the common challenges associated with tourist traffic in the region, including high speeds, unsafe stops along the road and the lack of use of meeting places to let traffic pass.
